This is the best fit for clients who want Kim and the KAID team to guide the process from the big-picture vision to the final details. We help create a complete design plan, refine every layer, coordinate approved selections, and bring the finished space together with intention.

Full Service Design is billed at $225/hour with a $15,000 minimum in design fees and a $5,000 retainer due at the beginning of the project.

Most Full Service projects take approximately 8 months to a year, depending on scope and complexity.

We are not the right studio if your main priority is speed. We are the right studio if you want a home that is thoughtfully planned, beautifully layered, and carefully brought to life.

We work on a range of residential design projects, with a special focus on homes that need both beauty and function.

Each detail is carefully considered before our production begins.

For renovation projects, we can work alongside builders, architects, contractors, trades, and vendors to help make sure the design vision is carried through with care.

Which service is right for me?

If you want a complete, start-to-finish design experience, Full Service is likely the best fit. If you want expert direction but prefer more flexibility, Design Concierge, Day Design, or a Mini Consultation may be a better option.

Do you offer pricing upfront?

Yes. We believe pricing helps clients understand whether we are the right fit before booking a call.

Do you handle procurement?

Yes, procurement is part of our Full Service process. Once the final design is approved, our team gathers pricing for approved items. Nothing is purchased without your approval.

Do you work on renovations?

Yes. We frequently work on kitchen, bathroom, laundry, craft room, and other renovation projects.

Do you work outside Rockwall and Heath?

Yes. We primarily serve Rockwall, Heath, Dallas-Fort Worth, and surrounding areas, but we are open to select projects outside the area when the fit is right.
